It's Time to Walk Your Way to Better Health!

Mondays 6.30pm War Memorial Park

Not everyone is ready to start running. But fresh air and exercise is good for you and is beneficial for mental health and physical fitness. The Walk Your Way to Better Health six-week course is designed to help those not ready for a zero to 5k running course to get out and get fitter.

 

Who The Course is For

If you want to embark on a healthier lifestyle, we want to know about it! And we want to help and support you. We know it's not easy, and we'll start off with a steady walk around the Memorial Park. When you're ready, we can increase the pace and distance.

What's Involved?

 

We'll also talk about the importance of stretching and developing core strength, and how you can help your health and fitness by making better lifestyle choices. By the end of the course, you can join a 0 to 5k course if you want to. Or, you can carry on walking and enjoying feeling more confident. 

 

Take the first step to better health. Join us on a Monday at the War Memorial Park in Coventry at 6.30pm. 

 

The course runs every Monday 14/11/22 to 19/12/22
