Buying From Our Shop

When buying an item, you agree that: 

 

  1. you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: 

  2. you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

Prices 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

Payment

 

All website customers are required to pay when they make their order before we process that order. 

 

Payment is made via the website only.

 

Return and Refund Policy

 

  • If you change your mind about a product or it doesn’t fit, you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. You can do this in person or by post at your own cost.

  • The item must be unused, clean and in  its original packaging and you must provide proof of purchase. 

  • We cannot accept a returned item if it has been used, is unclean, damaged on purpose, personalised (unless it is faulty), or if it has been subject to normal wear and tear. 

  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return if an item has been used or damaged. 

  • Depending on the condition of the item, when we accept a return, we will offer you a suitable solution, such as repair, exchange, partial or full refund.

  • If the product you bought is faulty and you return it within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, you have the right to a full refund.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method used to purchase the item. 

 

Delivery of Items Purchased

 

We cannot arrange overseas delivery. 

 

When your order is ready, we will arrange for you to receive it within two weeks. If this is not possible, we will post it to you second class via Royal Mail. 

 

Warranties for Products 

 

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
