Click on the link below to sign up for a run. Our courses consist of blocks of 6 to 8 sessions, but you can sign up for a single session, or as many sessions as you like. If you're not sure which is the right run for you, scroll down the page to learn more. Or, get in touch with us for a chat. Our Runs
Ashby’s Adventure Trails and Treks organises and leads runs for everyone.
We would love to help you on your running journey, whatever your current level of fitness. If you're not sure which run is right for you, think about your current level of fitness. We've graded our runs 1 to 4 to help you, with number 1 being a run that is suitable for everyone: week 1 starts with walking.
1 - Running course suitable for a complete beginner.
2 - A course for those able to run up to 5km/walk longer distances.
3 - Runs for people that can run at least 5km without stopping/have a good level of fitness.
4 - For those able to run longer distances/half marathons and more/very fit.

0 to 5KM Course
Level 1: A running course for complete beginners.

Day and Time:Tuesdays 6.30pm

Location: War Memorial Park
If you’ve never run before, or you’re starting running again after a break, join our 0 to 5km course. This is a six week course for complete beginners to work their way up to running 5km without stopping.

5KM Strengthening Course
Level 2: Training for runners who want to improve their 5km runs.

Day and Time:Tuesdays 6.30pm

Location: War Memorial Park
This course is for runners who can run 5km without stopping, but want to increase their speed or improve their running. Join like-minded runners, build your core fitness, and improve your technique, pace, and distance.
As well as running, this course consists of fun training sessions and exercises.

5 to 10KM Wednesday Group
Level 3: Runs of between 5 and 10km on paths, trails, and tracks in Coventry.

Day and Time: Wednesdays 6.30pm

Location: War Memorial Park
If you can run more than 5km without stopping, you want to run distances of up to 10km, and you want to run at a faster pace, join our Wednesday runs.
We run in Coventry and Warwickshire and when conditions are suitable, we run on paths and trails in rural surroundings to get away from the city.
As well as running, this course consists of fun training sessions and exercises.

Sunday Runs and Fitness Sessions
Level 4: Running and training to increase distance, strength, and endurance.

Day and Time: Sundays 8.00am

Meeting Point: Coventry War Memorial Park, Coventry.
For our Sunday running course, we will alternate between long runs one week, and fitness sessions the other week. The aim is to increase long distance running capability, and increase strength and VO2 performance.
Designed for those wanting to become stronger, leaner, faster, and younger, our Sunday course will push you harder and build stamina and resilience.
