The item must be unused, clean and in its original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase.
We cannot accept a returned item if it has been used, is unclean, damaged on purpose, personalised (unless it is faulty), or if it has been subject to normal wear and tear.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse a return if an item has been used or damaged.
Depending on the condition of the item, when we accept a return, we will offer you a suitable solution, such as repair, exchange, partial or full refund.
If the product you bought is faulty and you return it within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase, you have the right to a full refund.
When you place an order, we will process it as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours.
You can expect your order to be ready within 7 days. Where this is not possible, we will let you know and keep you updated on when you can expect your item to be ready.
When your item is ready, we will let you know and we can then arrange to hand your item to you, you can pick it up from us, or we can post it to you.
If you need us to post your order to you or to someone else, we will post it as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, using Royal Mail second class post. You will need to pay the cost of the postage.
